I found this beautiful pink sheet of glass in my studio, which I had bought from a stained glass artist, and decided to try it in a few casts. To my surprise, it worked, the colour became darker and looked like living coral. I don't have any more of this glass and have no idea which brand it was or how to get more (sigh). The coral cast glass is paired with hand-twisted recycled cotton rope for an Eco-friendly alternative to precious metals and plastic, to satisfy the eco-warrior within. The soft rope is sewn and whipped by hand to ensure a secure fixing.
